Wednesday 14th February, Valentines treat night, we have our normal menu but with the addition of a free glass of Prosecco for all diners. Go on treat yourself..........(and your partner!).
Saturday 24th February, Brewery Visit to Pot Belly Brewery. - all welcome £20 gets you ALL your drinks (as much as you can manage, please drink responsibly!) AND Fish and Chips at the brewery. There is a large comfortable drinking area several hand pumps (and other drinks) and a fully equipped games room as well as an optional tour around the Brewery. The coach (which we have laid on free) will leave the Shoulder of Mutton at 6:35pm and leave Potbelly to return at 10:45pm. Booking form is at the Shoulder, just pay when you book. This is a repeat of our visit a couple of years ago which was an absolutely brilliant rip roaring success. Make a night out of it tell your friends, EVERYONE is welcome.
Saturday 21st April First FREE BUS trip of the year to Rushden. Stops at the Rushden Historocal Transport Society with its award winning club bar with a great selection of real ales and for those who prefer to shop until they drop a trip to The Lakes shopping centre.
Saturday 11th August Annual Shoulder Celebration. Featuring a nice range of real ales and ciders, entertainment from the Rutland Morris Men and the Dukes of Havoc. Food from 12 midday till late. Celebrating all thats good about your traditional, friendly, local community pub. Come on down and join the larks.
